PAYE Umbrella

Once a temporary worker is registered with A Pay, they then become our employee, entitling them to full employment rights and PAYE and NICs are deducted at source, by us.

CIS/Self Employed

This can apply to any employment agency or end client/hirer that supplies self-employed sub-contractors to the construction industry.

We will (subject to a Supervision, Direction and Control assessment):

  • Verify sub-contractor with HMRC
  • Calculate and deduct CIS tax and deal with all submissions to HMRC
  • Provide payment status each time they are paid

How it Works:

  • Timesheets approved and submitted to us 
  • We will raise the invoice (gross) for payment by you
  • Once Payment has been received, we will then process all the relevant deductions (including our margin)
  • Worker gets paid
